The strange counterfeit spirits that often follow the charismatic movement is blowing at
'The Ramp', a worship center in Alabama, headed by the C-rocking false prophet Karen Wheaton Towe. Teens and young adults are being whipped into an emotional frenzy by the Rock music and ‘inspirational’ speaking that define the ‘services’ there.

The Ramp is examined you soon see a link between it and such entities as TBN  [The Baal Network], The Apostolic Renewal Movement, The Third Wave of the Charismatic Renewal Movement, and the Word of Faith movement.

It was these same entities that commissioned the false prophet Todd Bentley and the “Lakeland Deception”. Here is an excerpt from an article concerning Todd’s commission and support by these groups:

“Canadian revivalist Todd Bentley, leader of the “Lakeland Outpouring,” was commissioned as an evangelist last night in a special ceremony in Lakeland, Fla., that was broadcast into millions of homes by God TV.
California pastors Ché Ahn and Bill Johnson, along with Canadian pastor John Arnott, laid hands on the 32-year-old Bentley while Peter Wagner, leader of the International Coalition of Apostles, read a statement about the need for apostolic alignment. Other prominent leaders from the apostolic and prophetic movements stood on the platform to show their support for Bentley and to endorse the revival, which began in early April and is now in its 83rd day of continuous meetings.

Wagner... [organized] Monday evening’s event so that Bentley could have more accountability—or what Wagner calls “apostolic alignment.”

“I believe last night was truly historic and a true sign of unity,” Bentley told Charisma today. “Many streams converged and I know last night’s commissioning will truly help bring God’s outpouring to a much larger part of the body.”
Participating leaders at the ceremony included Wagner; Ché Ahn, pastor of Harvest Rock Church in Pasadena, Calif.; John Arnott of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship in Canada; Bill Johnson, pastor of Bethel Church in Redding, Calif.; and Rick Joyner, founder of MorningStar Ministries in Charlotte, N.C.

Wagner said to Bentley on the platform: “This commissioning represents a powerful spiritual transaction taking place in the invisible world. With this in mind, I take the apostolic authority that God has given me and I decree to Todd Bentley, your power will increase, your authority will increase, your favor will increase, your influence will increase, your revelation will increase.

“I also decree that a new supernatural strength will flow through this ministry. A new life force will penetrate this move of God. Government will be established to set things in their proper order. God will pour out a higher level of discernment to distinguish truth from error. New relationships will surface to open the gates to the future.”

OF COURSE not long after, it was revealed that Todd Bentley was living in adultery and the revival broke up. Todd divorced his wife and married his adulterous lover. The only streams that converged that night above Todd Bentley was the streams of counterfeit spirits that fill the charismatic movement of today. These so called “Apostles” proved themselves to be ‘false apostles’ without true discernment. And we shall see that the same ‘spirits’ that converged at Lakeland is now converging at THE RAMP.

Damon Thompson

Damon Thompson is one of the main teachers at a place called The Ramp in Hamilton, AL. Thompson is under the direction of false prophetess Karen Wheaton Towe. Damon Thompson’s popularity and fame is spreading throughout the Christian landscape. With his long hair, tattoos, hippy looks and southern drawl that makes him a captivating speaker.  His care free attitude and rebellious nature is often on display in his speaking and that of course is very alluring to his main audience, teenagers and 20-something’s. Like bait in a trap,

He is very reminiscent of Todd Bentley, as he speaks of his personal revelations with the Holy Spirit or his thoughts about what God has in store for their “generation,” none of which are in Scripture. As he talks about  ‘fresh anointings’ and ‘releases’, he will often drift off into speaking in tongues (with no one to translate) or begin to breathe heavily as he pretends that he has some special feeling. The purpose of these things is to point away from the fact that this man, Damon Thompson  has no idea what he is talking about and his Biblical teaching is so false that it should make any Christian who has the word truly written on their heart weep.

Damon Thompson is also a ‘prophet’. He prophesied to Ron Phillips and his Church Abba’s House that God was going to send a strong revival through them. Thompson said he was considering buying a home in the Chattanooga TN area so he can be a part of the revival. Ron Phillips is a false prophet, that has associated himself with the likes of Benny Hinn and the ‘laughing’ preacher Rodney Browne. Do you really think God is going to send revival through false TBN prophets?

Damon Thompson also prophesied to Ron Phillips,
“The Holy Spirit said to me, this man [Ron Phillips]  has a problem he has an angelic infestation that is demanding an harvest of souls. And I say to that angelic infestation, you will get your harvest of souls”.

Do you realize what an “Angelic infestation” is? God’s angels do not ‘infest’ people, but demons do! No wonder this condition was called a
“problem” in the prophecy. Satan and his fallen angels are working feverishly to bring people into false religion and under the influence of counterfeit spirits.  And it seems that THE RAMP and ABBA’S HOUSE are two places where these spirits congregate.

Can we judge a man by whom he associates with? A person’s associates will give us signals of a man’s condition; for there is a Bible principle that teaches ‘by beholding we are changed’, and the Scriptures state:  “Evil communications corrupt good manners”. There is an old saying, “Birds of a feather flock together”, and it has proven its self true. Let me ask you this: Do true prophets rebuke false prophets or do they run with them? Elijah did not have fellowship with the prophets of Baal, and I believe God’s true men will not associate with and encourage false prophets. So let’s take a moment and see who all Damon Thompson has associated with.

Damon Thompson of the Ramp is associated with the
“Apostle” Dutch Sheets. Of course Dutch Sheets is a self made “Apostle” who teaches many strange and erroneous doctrines. Dutch Sheets has proven himself to be empty of ‘apostolic discernment’. For instance this so called “Apostle” of the Charismatic movement openly acknowledged that Todd Bentley’s Lakeland Revival was of GOD. Here is a quote from a letter from the Apostle Dutch Sheets:

“Did I endorse the Lakeland meetings? No, I did not, nor did I condemn them. I acknowledged that healings were occurring and some were being saved, which I still believe and rejoice over. I realized and stated that the thousands of people attending were hungry and sincere, as were those involved in leading the two meetings. The worship was regularly good.”

If a man acknowledges that God is working divine miracles and saving souls at a revival, is not that an endorsement of it? I’m sure Mr. Dutch Sheets is glad he didn’t attend the ‘anointing service’ of Todd Bentley, as did his close friend and fellow Apostle “Peter Wagner”; but every true man of GOD with discernment condemned the Lakeland Revival as a working of flesh and counterfeit spirits!

Damon Thompson is also associated with the false prophet
Carl Pierson. Bishop Pearson is one of the front-runners in the inclusion gospel movement. Mr. Pierson wrote the book “WHAT IF HELL DIDN’T REALLY EXIST?” Which teaches universalism. The book is described as follows:

“In this astonishing book, Pearson argues that the controlling dogmas of religion are the source of much of the world’s ills, and that we should turn our backs on proselytizing and holy wars and focus on the real Good News: that all of humanity is indeed loved by the Divine! The Gospel of Inclusion will transform your perception of religion’s role in your life and give you a priceless gift: hope for the future.”

If you have any discernment at all, red flags should be waving in your mind right now!
THE RAMP is associated with a long list of false prophets. Why are these local churches bussing your children to “THE RAMP” so they can ‘dance’ and ‘jump’ to Rock Music, listen to false prophecies from false teachers, and be imbued with counterfeit spirits? The so called “Third Wave” of the Charismatic movement. The churches that are supporting The Ramp have no discernment and I urge you to withdraw from them!

The fruit of ministries like the Ramp are young people who are Biblically ignorant, or who are insensitive to the teaching of Scriptures, who are lead by emotions and feelings into falsehoods and false hopes. The product of these false churches is described in the following verses:

Proverbs 30:11-13  There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.  There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.
